that is one amazing heart you got there... ^_^ mines doesn't look like that.... i believe mines might actually be.... an orange! sometimes sweet but at times utterly sour.... vive la poetry! this shot is really well taken... and i feel like i could drown in that film... *dives in*

If that's what your art looks like, then it is amazingly lovely! That and intriguing! Lucky you to have such a nice heart made of film! Mine thinks it's a hyper active child: it gets bored doing the whole pumping blood thing so it adds an extra beat, but then gets ungodly confused so races about in circles until something makes it sit down, shut up, and go back to doing normal heart things... Yeah, you just got a semi-rant for free!
As for the piece, I love it. Simple as that. I love the perspective and how you can see the light come through so bright through the holes in the film, reminding me a bit of a lighted tunnel or something of the like. My favorite part has to be as the film coils curl farther out from the actual roll, due to the softness they start to look fluid, like liquid. I really have nothing at all to complain about the piece other than that DA knocks down image quality and it might be worth taking the image size back a bit to cut down on some of the grain (it didn't look like that when I opened the one you sent over aim in photoshop).
