if you wanna make one you would have to animate it in seperate picture files and upload them to iaza to make a moving gif image.. also it'd have to be 150 x 150 pixels or smaller since dA is kinda picky. (I'm not good at explaining things, I bet there are good tutorials out there
on the other hand, I could make one for you if you want but it would probably take a while since I can only draw on the weekends : o
