This is absolutely awesome!
I especially love how Burns and his wings are shaded, they look really 3-dimensional and all the grime that drips from the feathers and his towering posture - Burns is simply Burns, its perfect
And Smithers - just as adorable as always
Also I have to congratulate you on the background - it really look like you put a lot of effort into it and it pays off wonderfully - the deep red and the surrounding dark rocks complement each other in a great, menacing way
