Random, different thing from my usual. >__>; So different, that I can't yet tell if I like or dislike this. o__o It is one of two, other will be done later tonight. Both are of arctic foxes. Guess how the next painting will differ from this one?
Did it to practice watercolor and to submit to one of my school's open submission gallery events. :3 Wish me luck. <3 Maybe I can get in? >< The submission deadline kind of ran up on me, and I fell back on ye olde standby idea - small cute fluffy animals.

I'm surprised this one doesn't have as many favs as the other one, because of the two this is my favorite. I love the texture on the fox's back and how you painted the cliffs. And the little bit of warm brown you used is really nice.

this is adorable XD I love the shadows, on how they transition from blackish to bluey. The orange highlights on the arctic fox really makes it pop from the bg. You also capture the reflection of light from the snow onto the fox really well. I just love it C:
