This took about three weeks to complete and it's my first Skip Beat fan art ever. I just couldn't help it. As soon as I read the Valentine chapters I got to work with this. To be honest Kyoko's dress to the longest but I finally got the design I wanted.Basically she's been caught, as shown by the chain and collar around her neck connecting to Reino's wrist.

I love creepy romantic stuff and at first I wasn't going to do anything for the background but then I saw a crescent moon outside and BINGO! Inspiration hit and I added it in.

XD Reino is awesome. I love your designs for the outfits, especially Kyouko's dress. The spikes on Reino's belt look a little dangerous, though...

It took about five different tries to get Kyouko's dress right because I didn't want it to be too simple but I also didn't want to over do it, I had to look us a lot of diffent dress styles to finally find the right ones I wanted.
Spikes are cool though and he is dangerous but that's what I love about him

Ah, I've fiddled with outfits like that before too, but yours came out looking wonderful. And I agree that spikes are something Reino'd wear, but I personally dislike using them too often them because there's always a chance of making an outfit impractical. Reino's got a good chance of impaling Kyoko if he gets just a little too close there. 
If you want to style an outfit with spikes, it's best to make them a little bit on the smaller side, that way they're less dangerous and they don't overwhelm the rest of the outfit. Or you could round out the tip just a little bit so you won't hurt yourself as badly on them (Sometimes it pays to have a goth as a best friend, where else would you learn things like these?

It was the ruffles that was really a pain in the ass to do. Who knew that it would take so long to make them. Coloring them was easy in comparison. But no matter how difficult the dress was it was still one of my favorite things to do.
I have to agree that certain spikes can be impractical and I was thinking of shortening them or dulling them a bit but I wanted to give Reino an assesory that screamed Bad Boy. And you have to admit, he is the type of person who would want to draw physical pain from someone... plus I just think they look cool.
I'm not usually one to be all gaga over a boy but I like Reino, he's hot! It's just fun to do art of him and Kyoko. I'm still rooting for Ren and Kyoko to get together but something about Reino is just... Mmmmm I hope he kisses her!

Yeah, ruffles and trim can be hard if you're not used to doing them. I developed a technique with them that's worked out pretty well for me so far, though.
XD Yeah, I'm about 30% Renko fan, 30% ShoKyo fan, 30% Reinoko fan, and 10% Hikyo fan. (I know Hikaru doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell, but part of me just can't help but root for him.

In a way they would make a cute supernatural couple. He sees dead things and she casts curses on people and commands little vengeful spirits.
And another thing I've noticed. Reino is really good with weapons because of his aim (chapter 142) and Kyoko is really good with knives, giving her a plausible ability in combat with the use of knives.
