It's Mrs. Morris from Daria as Scarlett from G.I. Joe!This image is done in the spirit of the Daria end credit sequence.

I grew up watching the G.I. Joe cartoon, and Scarlett's design always struck me as iconic. The other women Joes seemed forgettable in comparison. Granted different artists for the comic books have made variations to her outfit over the years, but there are always certain elements that make her unmistakably Scarlett. I did my own take on the Scarlett look here, but you gotta have the crossbow.
The idea of mixing these characters came to me out of nowhere a while back and I never was able to shake it, so my only choice was to draw it. Mrs. Morris has a thing or two to teach Cobra about the America competitive spirit! YO JOE!
Walking towards the camera poses are tricky. I have been trying to pull that one off for literally years. Usually mine end up looking like the person is just standing weirdly. I think I finally have a success!
