I only read books 5, 6 and 7 after seeing the 5th Harry Potter movie because I wanted to know the ending before someone ruined it for me. I decided to read the first four books even though I know what happens, I just love they way they are written. I'm about halfway through "The Chamber of Secrets" and I always seem to want to draw something from the current book I'm reading.At first I drew Harry in the normal style I usually draw but I was bored with the drawing and felt like I needed to challenge myself. So I did this one completely in Photoshop with no drawing scanned in. It's not perfect but it was fun and I'm happy with the turn out. Hope you like it as well....

It looks amazing, I'm glad to discover you like the books too! Love the expression and the dark coloring and the perspective.. I might want to re-draw him because all I can do is one perspective and it'd be awesome to learn from you (like I have from the Chronicles - album)

if you like HP I recommend "A very Potter Musical", can be found on youtube, it's really hillarious to watch after having read all 7 books (because of some insiders and stuff hehe)

The show was great yesterday night !!!!! Thank you for comming not so far from france... but if next time you can come in Paris it would be easyer for me, okay ? ! lol think about your GC french fans !!!! We had to ride for 6 houres just to see the show, and again 6 houres to come back home... But it was huge...

This is pretty cool, it's a nice departure from your usual style. Makes me miss having my wacom tablet around.

That's pretty much amazing, especially since it was all done on the computer. I can't even draw a stick person on the computer! The only things I will comment on (other than how good it is) are that the neck looks a little long and the eye on the left looks awkward to me.

its really interesting to see your style of drawing under different circumstances, although i see a lot more of a sense of realism in this, there is something a little off with the neck/jaw area to me. you seem to be afraid of the shade, i think being a little more bold with your lines and using a bigger range of shades would help improve this more.
but its a pretty damn good result for trying something new.
its a shame im not a harry potter fan..
