What I like so much about this is its ability to become an actual setting (as if I was there). you've done an excellent job on the palette, the lighting, and the details (and sometimes lack thereof)! I'm not exactly good at landscapes, but landscapes usually have a focus or a focal point. id like to think you chose the building in the middle as a focal point? but I think the problem here is that there are way too many 'leading lines' for this shot that all point towards the middle of the street and the bottom of the building. I mean I guess landscapes go great without focal points if they were backgrounds. but since this has no subject, I suggest adding one? I suggest placing something in the middle of the street that contrasts with everything for a good subject. (like a little girl sitting holding a shiny red balloon on a string, for example). I think that's one thing it lacks; it has the ability to look like a real place, but lacks a mood since there is nothing there to set one.
Overall, it may not be able to evoke a  strong feeling, but it is an excellent piece that is both aesthetically pleasing and very well executed!

Wow, this is lovely! I like how the street isn't so clean cut, that there are some places where shops and shop signs kind of jut out onto the street. I also love the brick texture on building. Nice touch!  I think I even see a space between two buildings that might lead off into a side street. The way you could accent that more is to put a stronger light (the moonlight) in the street at that particular place, and maybe have a cat or a cat's shadow in that light. Or you might be able to put a cat in the foreground. It feels like we are looking at the street from underneath an archway. The cat could just barely be visible, or just a black figure, peeking out from one of the "pillars" of the archway. I think the reason I'm suggesting adding a little life into it is because it feels just a little too...still. The night can be just as active as the day time. I also think that putting the signature right in the middle is a little distracting. I would suggest putting it somewhere along the bottom edge. The lighting and shadows in your piece overall is really great. I love the subtle glow from the signs. Props! Your piece is very well executed, and really the things I suggested are minor and may be personal preference. Great Job!
