I did this a while back its of one of my chao on Sonic Adventure 2. it's a Hero Chao. Raised by Sonic I thinkChao (for those that don't know) are like these little guys that you can raise in the Chao garden. kinda like a mini game in the game. And then you can put them in your VMU card(Virtual Memory Unit) and take them with you like a digital pet. There really fun XD of course...there is Evil chao too...>:3

That appears to be a Hero/Fly/Fly chao! I love Hero chao, mine has purple extensions from the head (like the picture) and is covered with Unicorn parts, he is so cute!

I do too... I lost mine that looked like this. She became old and reverted back to a Egg to start over.

I loved all of mine to pieces but I never played long enough for one to revert back to an egg

Ah it's pretty basic. It's been a while since I played with them..so I had to make sure to test all the "Pick up, whistle, throw, attack" moves AWAY from them first or practice with a coconut so that I didn't accidentally throw one or attack it...Tails is good for that ><
They all still remembered who took care of them them most. They came running with hearts over their heads when Sonic entered the garden XD

Awww, I used all the characters and like made all the charater Chao, which was kinda annoying as I was constantly having to change between shadow, knuckles and eggman

Who know's they might for future games...but then most games are played by guys and not to many guys want to "raise" chao...unless you can battle them

that still doesn't mean there aren't alot of girls who play games as well, and btw my brother like the chao garden and alot of guys do, just not as much as girls
anyway, the chao garden was like you said, a mini game or something, it's not obligatory, you don't have to play it if you don't want to

I didn't say that there wasn't. it's just how most people view it sadly. I don't know how many times I have seen in my fandom "You're a girl, you can't like/play Sonic" cause suddenly the games are gender specific
and hey I like the chao garden. I even have one on my Sonic advanced games ^^

but yeah, i know what you mean, i've seen alot of people saying that the chao garden was a stupid idea, and that they shouldn't have ever done it, but that's just them
i still play chao garden alot, i have more than 15 chao on sonic adventure 2 alone, and i love them all!
these stupid people are the reason sega is failing, because they keep complaining about sonic games and sega is trying to satisfy them, but the problem is that these so called fans don't even know what they want! so they can all just kiss my "you know what" and go to hell

I liked the Chao garden.
I wish they would bring it back..since it wasn't actually needed in the game to compleat it...but more of a fun side game kinda thing.
If anything...it wouldn't hurt.

tell me about it I'm still playing with my chao that I have had going for ages and even though I tell myself...only three per garden that's it!...
I always end up with so many they over flow into the other gardens XD

Same here, I'm working to get my first Chaos Chao another game I'm still playing constantly, Sonic Riders the original, even now, trying to beat my previous records, trying to find the fastest type for each track and plus my friend plays it so I'm trying to keep my skill up to race him

I was thinking on making a swimming type as a sculpture. I had the one that was green on the top yellow on the bottom with the highlights of blue....he used to look like a gecko XD
