Description If you haven't started reading this comic , you will be missing out big time.

The Meek has some of the best characters around, even when compared to those appearing in film, commercial comics, and cartoons (*cough*Avatar*cough*). There is clearly a more than remarkable amount of thought put into each of them, and Luca here is no exception. There was never a more likeable tragic-antagonist.

The official comic has only just begun, but anyone interested in fascinating, character-driven stories should stop by and give it a look. If you happen to like it, stick around and give the author a comment or support the comic with a vote or two :D.

`alexds1 did seven sketch chapters before starting the official comic and had them posted on her livejournal . I was just lucky enough to know about it before she took them down XD. This guy's chapter is coming next :]

The composition and dynamic pose in this pictures makes it very awesome to look at. But, by any chance were you inspired by the introduction to "Fern Gully" (an old animated movie) when designing the hands/arms in the background? I was instantly reminded of it when I saw them...

It was sort of inspired by a panel in `alexds1 's sketch comic. But after I set all the hands up in the background it made me think of Fern Gully too XD. In any case, that's one of my favorite movies!

I can totally sense how well thought-out the colors and composition were. I'm loving the tiger. Would look awesome as a tattoo, don't you think?

It's always interesting to see drawings of this Luca person, it's getting me really excited for when Alexds1 finishes the chapters with him in it.

Lovin' the composition! Very graphic, abstract in a good way, the message of dread gets accross very well. Awesome Luca! The hands have almost a double meaning; either the death hands power, or pleading hands of future victims.

The shadow is called "Dagre" -- a very mysterious creature... and not actually a shadow in the real comic XP.
