Since this one focuses on Sonya's backstory. I thought it would be nice to it switch up by making it more dream like format. This is also is the longs part of the story so far. I don't know if the rest will be this long but we'll see for the future.

(A short time after there emotional moment. Carmen and Sonya sit back down in the kitchen and Sonya begins to gets ready to tell her story.)
Sonya: hooo... Ok, are ready honey?
Carmen: Well, ready has I can be mom.
Sonya: So, it all started in my first year of college. I had just started working part time at small diner close to the campes in my off time. One day at the ten before the end of my shift. Group of guys comes in and take a seat at the booth near the entrance. I thought to myself "Man I'm almost off, but some overtime wouldn't hurt". So I went to take their order. They look like they just came form a constructions site, covered in dirt. One was loud and joking around, one was in his own little world, the other one "trying" to be smooth and flirt with me.
Carmen: Wait those sound a lot like dads old friends.
Sonya: *giggles* Witch brings us to the last one. He was a little shy but very respectful and seemed to get the rest of them to focus. I brought them there food and then had to leave. I said enjoy and goodbye and left. A few days later on my way to class I saw him again working on campus. I went up and introduced myself. We talked for shot time and then had run to class before I was late. This happened a couple more times before he suddenly asked me out. Before I could even think I said yes.
Carmen: Thing seam to going good so far. What happened next?
Sonya: Well met at a local restaurant and had a simple dinner to start it all off. It took a little it for him to crack his shell but ones it did nothing would stop us from talking. Five hours flew by like nothing. We barely even touched our food we talk so much. We had a couple of more dates until one night we decided to go to a party at one of the dorms. It was loud and crowded, you know a college party. We hung out and had a few drinks.
Carmen: *smirking* Well well, weren't you the bad girl bad. Under age drinking.
Sonya: What! I was young ones. And you never did anything like that when I'm not around?
Carmen: Well uh ah so about the party?
Sonya: *smirking* hmm, So party was dying down and I decided to take him back to my dorm. We both tipsy and I started to kiss him. I convinced him to, well, well. *blushes and giggles*
Carmen: Ew mom.
Sonya: *giggles* He was quite passionate you know.
Carmen: Mom stop!
Sonya: Ok. *giggles* So after that night things where go nicely. Until one morning I woke up to go to work and immediately run to bathroom to throw up. I still went and threw up at beginning of my shift. My boss then boss told me to go see a doctor. And you know the doctor said?
Carmen: You, were pregnant?
Sonya: *smiles* That's right. I was. With you Carmen.
Carmen: Woh..... *leans back and look at her belly*
Sonya: I didn't know what to say ether. So the first person called was Stalla. She was only one could turn to at first. She gave me the courage tell you're soon to be dad. When I told him, he had a mix joy and fear all over his face. He didn't say a word. He pulled me in and held me in tight in his arms. I cried like a baby. The hardest part was telling my parents. My father took it better then I thought. He was definitely angry but was more worried me, my health and the baby. My mother on the other hand was quite emotional. She was crying, yelling and would hardly let me get word in. I would find out she was also pregnant with my youngest brother.
Carmen: Wait wait wait no. You and grandma Rosa!? *sigh* That would explain uncle Joseph and are the same age. Is this just a thing in our family?
Sonya: *smiles and shrugs* I guess so. That was one of the reasons she was so upset.
Carmen: We will have them come down and have to explain this situation.
Sonya: You"re right but we'll that later. Where was I oh yes. So as the Months passed I was still working and going to class. Slowly getting big and big. In the meantime I moved in to your fathers apartment. We didn't know how thing were going to turn out and we had our ups and down but the more time we spent together. The closer we got. Was I afraid of course I was. But bigger you grew and the closer I got to your father. My feel was shadowed excitement and joy. The first time you kicked I was work and almost burst into tears of joy.
Carmen: Mom I I...
Sonya: Its okay honey. I know you must feel the same feeling when they first time the kicked.
Carmen: I did *sniffle* I did. Sorry, please continue.
Sonya: Okey honey. So, I was entering my final month and my parents came down to check on me. And to meet your father. They arrived at our apartment and knocked on the door. This was first time seeing them since I left for college. I had no idea what to expect. I opened the door and all of sudden my mother without a word how is as big as I am. Runs and hugs me and we spin in a circle as shes saying "Oh my sweet little baby! Oh my Sonya!" over and over again. My father had to pry her off my before he could a chance to say hello.
Camen: Wow. I didn't know grandma Rosa could be that emotional. She's so chill most of the time.
Sonya: She usually is about most things but we it come to her family she has a heart of fire. Witch I was scared of at the time. So after all the hello's my father pulls out of the apartment and ack me to wait outside so they meet and "talk" with your father. I was outside for almost an hour before they let me back in. Your father seemed to make good impression on them and thing were well. They spent two weeks with us so they had leave my younger brother and sister with my aunt to stay in school. It was sad not being able to them but it was nice catching up with my parents.And meet my youngest brother before he was born. The night before they would go back home we had dinner at the diner were I worked.
Carmen: Hm, Why there of all places?
Sonya: So did I but your father had a plan. After we ate Your father ask me to stand up. He got down on one pulled out a small box with a Beautiful ring inside. He ask me to marry him,and so.....
Carmen: So Y-you said yes right?
Sonya: So, that's we my water broke.
Carmen: Woh..... The timing.
Sonya: Indeed. *giggles* You were quite the show steeler.
Carmen: Well *blushes* I geass so. But happened next?
Sonya: After you made your "splash". Everyone started to panic and I had yell out "STOP! Hhhooo. Ok. First, yes. Yes I will! Ok, now we can go to the hospital." So off to hospitel we went. By the time we got to their it was already 9:00 pm a night. Labor was not too long but it was still painful.
Carmen: Oh.... the labor.
Sonya: I know it's scary, but once I tell you this. You'll understand. As the night went on. My anticipation and fear was building up until it was time to bush. It was 6:00am. I grabbed your father's hand pushed with all I had. So many thoughts and emotions running through my mind. The sun began to rise. All in one moment the pain, the fear, and the doubt was gone. I heard your cry and they placed you on my chest. I saw you face and all I could feel was joy. I knew right then and there I be there for you. And love you with all my heart. And so here we are.
Carmen: *sheds a tear* Thank you mom. Thank you. I don't know how this is going to go, but with you and everyone here. I be ok.
Sonya: *hugs Carmen* I hear for you and I love you Carmen. It's 3:21am we should go to bed.
Carmen: You're right let's go. Oh. Mom?
Sonya: Yes honey?
Carmen: Let's go see dad tomorrow.
Sonya: Ok *sniffle* we will.
