Hmm, his Robot Mode 'kibble' indicates he'd turn into a truck to me. Probably as a result, he'd just Powerlinx to a Decepticon as a truck, but maybe the resulting Evolution would make some sort of bomb or machine gun pop out.
As for what 'Con he'd be partnered to, it could either be one of the Zone Decepticons or the TFA ones. Blitzwing's a possibility that comes to mind or maybe Lockdown. I'd have to stew on that for a while, same with the Evolution part.
