Description guess who miss Cylia is going as this halloween >w>.....

I had a lot of fun drawing this 8D especially the hair XD
i also really like the kind of ditzy/clueless look i gve her XD ...and the miniskirt :3

although there were parts of it that I had lots of trouble with... like the friggen proportions of the arms =w=;;;;;

all in all, I still love it though >u<
