It looks gorgeous although i can't help thinking that a little something round her neck like a fabric choker or small scarf would also like good to help divide the skin and hair tones around the upper body area.
The hair is gorgeous along with the lil scalves around the ankles and the lil paint pattern blotcheds spread around the image. and as i think I said before the map is brilliant
I wish i could find my sketchbook that has a picture of the fountains just across from the eiffel tower as i think U could create such magic with them in your style especially in such an already gorgeous image.

Her right upper arm seems longer than the left and since the elbow looks lower on her right side than the left one. However if it is infact the case that her left arm is going back slightly maybe a ickle bit of gradient sahing could help.
