Backstory: Parents were taken by man made sickness and was separated from siblings and relocated in orphange. Got adopted, seen adopted sister taken by man made disease, ran away, met people who taught him how to nurture his magic, got his first student, rest is history.
Personality:Unintentionally cold and slightly sarcastic but very warm and affectionate happen you be close to him. He was raised in a prestigious mage family before they got taken. But he opens up quicker if you come to accept that he is a boy despite looking so feminine.
Extra info:The blue bits of his scepter are ice crystals and he hates scissors. He also doesn't have to have his necklace out but everything else is mandatory. I won't mind if his sash design is different though.
