Curse my living in south africa! We only get local authors and if we DO find any authors outside of our borders it's mostly american. I read the books online because I got hooked on a AF book from my local library (they only had ONE), did some major lurking on the internet, found the other books online, read them, then stared at a wall for a while (I read books really quickly, so once they're done my world is empty) If I had to by the books you can certainly say I'd love these.
(sorry for the long comment, but I had to voice my pain in a rambling rant)

It would be interesting to see Opal in your style. I've only seen her in the graphic novels.

Love her facial proportions! She really feels like a separate, more "elfish" species from humans, which I've found a difficult thing to portray in 2-D drawings without the end result suffering from uncanny valley. Trust me when I say that with this kind of talent you definitely earned your place as an illustrator for this series!

Thank you XBones and sorry for taking so long to answer you. I don't usually show the wireframes but mainly because when I've finished a picture I archive all the files onto dvd and forget about it. I always want to move on to the next picture!
