I don't know if most of you guys have seen this expressions template floating around D.A. but that's what this is from. I think the Deviant artist is named Napalmnancy, sorry I don't have a link. There's actually 25 different expressions on the template but this was all that I could get done in the time I had. If you've never tried this sort of thing I recommend it highly. I've been working on expanding my expressions lately and I think this exercise will really help.I stopped being lazy and I found the link to the expressions template. [link]

aww man, there are too many ones with a partial mask. deadpool almost never takes off his mask so a lot of those wouldn't be all that usable.

These are all really great! I'm amazed you can crate so much expression with a guy wearing a mask.
But in the confused box, does Deadpool have six fingers?

You're totally right he does have six fingers...maybe that's why he's confused? That's pretty funny. At least I drew his thumb on the correct side.

Amazing and elegant. Deadpool was a great choice, since it worked off of your best qualities, humor and expression. I'd love to see everything Deadpool, but this I'd love to own a gif of more.

Maybe the best part about the character is that he's feared by all, but badasses or people that no his like Wolverine and Cable are like "Chump" then get their ass handed to them, still after looking down on the Merc with a Mouth. Favorite character if you can't tell, ha.

Yeah he's a great character, he kind of reminds me a little bit of spider-man in the way that he is always talking trash. I really love that and that's one of the reasons I really like both of those characters.

Yeah, hahahaha, other then the costume it is something that makes him have a personality that some Marvel characters lack. There was a fight with Spider-man, but it was very lack luster since in was very phoned in. There is an issue of Exiles that has an even more Spider-man looking Deadpool that is just too over the top trying to BE Spider-man, but a quite version on both, it's just really creepy.

I love it! I think my favourites are Happy, Irritated, and Ill. ^__^ I should try this, myself- I super suck with expressions and emotions.

i wonder how this is possible to create an emote with just a few movement of a pencil. Only way i can imagine is doing that too much.

Regardless, a wonderful excersice. The one thing about Deadpool is that it's hard to emote him with that mask on. I wonder how you would do the same thing with the mask element still in place.

you should, and the cool thing is that you can do it as many times as you wan really, with different characters and trying out new ways to express the same emotions.
