Description "When we're together, all the planets stand still."

This has to be my absolute favorite photo shoot, so far! It was tons of fun to dress up like 60s space vixen Barbarella, and stand in an otherworldly landscape with blowing smoke and crazy lights! I felt like I'd stepped back into the 1960s...or into the future!

I also love the way my photographer added a couple of little graphic touches to this portrait, to make it really feel like a Frank Frazetta pulp paperback cover!

...And that is totally a wig. I haven't had hair that long since university! Looks good, though, don't it?

Oh my, Mayumi! O__O You never cease to amaze me. I know I already said this on your last shot, but - THIS time I really thought it only can be a portrait/drawing! B-but knowing you and your photographer I sensed it has to be one of those absolutely stunning photographs again...! Wow!

The editing is great, of course, the painting style works really well and gives off the 60's feeling. But what I love most about this shot is your posing! Did you really stand on rocks like that? So flawless and straight, and still so very dynamic! I could never pull off a pose like that...! Kudos to you D8

Photography aside, did I ever tell you how much I love your arms and legs? That probably sounds so strange, but I really do love them! tee-hee! You have such a feminine yet athletic build body! *_* Ohh, how I envy that stomach...!

ah, but back to the picture, you both are really good, both model and photographer! Great collaboration you do there; The clothing is great, the pose is, like I said dynamic and has this adventurous feel to it! I really like the positioning of your arms! The one leaned on your hip and the other streched far out to the sky, with that space pistol thingie, it's so fantastic ! Then your face - Goes PERFECT with it!

Is your photographer a professional? Otherwise , or maybe even BECAUSE of that, you should consider doing something with her for something serious. *o* Man, this is so gorgeous. The whole background adds so much depth to the theme and pose, too! ah, I just love it! And the color scheme.... This would make a great huge poster for my room, seriously *u*

...But don't forget that these photoshoots are professionally-done, and my photographer is great at what she does. Those "rocks" were actually plastic, and while they were mostly jagged, they did have a couple of flat spaces for me to stand. Not that I didn't tip over every now and again in those heels, but that's half of the fun with action poses! It did occasionally make it hard to keep a straight face, though, what with me breaking into laughter a lot. There was more than one time that I just had to take a breather because I couldn't stop giggling.

Thanks for the compliments, too. I work hard to stay in shape, and it's mostly for these opportunities. I do like to eat good food and drink good beers, but I've also learned to appreciate the value of moderation. (And I've cut down a lot on my "fun" food intake, especially since the girls have a tendency to get into it, and I know it's terrible for them...! ) I've definitely learned that a healthy, active mind and a healthy, active body really work together.

Plus, I'm a showoff at heart. Don't tell anyone, though!

I think the last really "serious" photo shoot I did was my wedding, and that was way too nerve-wracking...! I thought I was pretty calm about the whole thing, but when I got those pictures back, everybody said, "Wow, you look so nervous...!" So, I think I'll stick with these fun/silly shoots for now.

Oh, I see, alright! To be honest, I have no clue about professional photography nor digital editing. But nontheless, it really catches my eye, here! *o*
Are you one of those persons too, who have a hard time staying serious in the strangest kind of situations? I am! Though, seeing the action pose on this one, it's natural to giggle here and there!

aah Mayumi, I want to look like you ;__; gimme your body! Haha! (love how that sounds >xDD) And I wish I'd be so dedicated with doing activities...I should take you as my role model!

Hahaha! Alright! who isn't, though? Better than hating yourself all the time! ;D

For the fun it is then! that's always the best thing, anyways!

Yes, making serious "I'm a big-game space hunter!" faces for that shoot induced a lot of laughter! I was giggling almost between every different shot. But having fun is the best part of it!

Mostly, I've adhered to an exercise regime because it makes me feel better. I concentrate more, get better sleep, and have more energy. (But there are certainly days when I just want to lie in bed in say, to hell with the sit-ups! I'm gonna sleep in today!) And, my old running partner used to say that the healthier you are, the more sexual stamina you have! He was not wrong!
