This one has been showing up on my feeders for the first time ever! This is a male red breasted grosbeak. All birds can't resist an entire feeder full of bird crack! By the way, sunflower seeds are bird crack but you might be surprised who shows up with some homemade cornbread and biscuits. Even the wormatarions and all birds love Southern cooking!

Um, the birds don't actually like grits but some are wormitarians like Robins and Bluebirds have change their diet with some Southern cooking! They love cornbread and biscuits for sure! Love feeding all of my birds! They are all different but they don't send all of their money back to Mexico without paying taxes! Maybe, we should make some transgender bird cages so we don't offend sexually confused birds? Heaven Forbid!

Maybe, I'll send you the recipe? It's easy and quite tasty! Biscuits have been another story but have finally perfected! Cornbread and Biscuits drive the birds wild that don't even eat this stuff? My feeders and deck rails have gone ballistic! Β

Yea there's lots of warnings around here about leaving food or garbage outside your house, bears might find your place as a source of food,Β it also warns not to let your dog run loose cause the bears will follow the dog home looking for food, I've heard they like to tear bird feeders apart, I'm staying up late now trying to get rid of a racoon that has knocked down one of my small feeders just taped a flashlight on my BB gun.

No bears here but up north occasionally? Got plenty of other varments that need a cap? Just make sure to remove your scope, "if you have one," because you usually only get one shot! Kinda finding it hard to kill my most recent raccoon because it is pretty cute and so not afraid? However, he or she did yank down my big feeder and that is worth a cap...unfortunately for the raccoon?

I wouldn't take off the scope cause the coons don't show up all that often but I have put velcrove straps on the feeders and hooks they're on. The BB gun I've got wouldn't kill'em might just sting them and keep them from coming around.

I use the "wisperer" that is one cock gun that shoots 1,200 ft per second! Not the only one in my hood who kills varmints and there are six of us that eradicate vermin! Love when there are neighbor parties and we start to share kill shots! Pretty hilarious!
