They are and they're not scared of people like most birds.

that is true.  I have them all over the place and have a few pictures of them.  They are kind of shy here.  But you can still get good pics.

On a bird feeder they are more preoccupied I could get about 10 feet away to take photos.

I sit on my front steps to watch my feeders about 15 feet away.  You had a good shot.
