So, I wanted to draw something nice for Kansas’ birthday. (Which is today, January 29, the day KS became a state). I really can’t overstate enough how oddly sentimental this day is to me, lol. Back in grade school, we always did random stuff for it like having humiliatingly awkward square dances and eating sunflower-shaped cookies. I really should not look back on those times fondly, but for some reason, I do…sometimes. pft.

So yeah…have Laura with a plane. Ain’t nothin’ she loves more than planes. Air capital of the world, after all!

Today she is turning 152, but no one really cares cause the sesquicentennial was in 2011.

I’m actually proud of this one. Hoo-rah.
