Formerly known as Kagerou-kimi ^,^I wasn't going to submit this one.. (for no good reason n,n ) but Luis actually really likes it, and that means allot to me. Usually if its not his or profesional he doesn't really care. but with this one he was all like o,o (I used a photo of him for it ) hey! is that a scorpion? *excited* *points to the earing* me: um.. no, but it can be now! (I'll have to change his name though.. hmm. Scorpion...... = Sasori.) and he really liked that name too xD *ish happy* so I changed his name and edited the earing a bit.
this was the companion to Ume-hime ( [link] ) I forgot to mention that they are both Deamon types. ^,^ Sasori-kimi a scorpion deamon and Ume-hime a plum blossom deamon.. yeah .. x3

really digging the picture! the profile is very nicely done - and i love the red under her eye.
the jewelry is also pretty as well.
i do with there were some more blacks in her hair though, so that it blended better with the background ... however.. now that i think about it, that could be my crazy monitor settings!

I know what you mean now. apparently my monitor is set kinda dark so on my screen it looks fine but I saw it printed out and.. yeah apparently I missed some spots on the tipes><
then again my monitor is a survivor or the year 1995 or so... ><

Other than that, I love how pretty he is. His hair is awesome, and he's so sezzy! Although, how could he not be, after using a ref of Lui? Perfect companion for Ume-hime.

OoOoh, very nice I like the coloring, but you ahve a little slip up in your photoshop work at the top, you can see a little bit of light color from when you were coloring the skin. Other than that it's pretty much perfect, I like the scorpion earing, very nice design

Great job with this. love the black background, it really excentuates the white face and red. The earnings look amazing...although i'm not any digital artist or anything, for some random reason i was looking at a hair coloring tutorial by a guy who got a daily deviation and he said to use the smudge tool to zig zag a bit of the highlight line in the hair, and you might try that....although again i'm not a digital artist, just a thought cause thats the only thing I've ever read on that. Anyways take me for a grain of salt if need be, but ya.....Nice picture either way.

hehe no worries you're right. Usually I try to make it look a -bit- more realistic but for this and the companion I wanted to try something different. meh~~ I probably won't do hair like that again though. I'll have to figure something else out. n,n
