I really like, that the background is not totally black, that there are still some colouring left to add a little depth. Depth is usually what I think goes missing, if the background is comepletely lost in a picture. The colours are really nice and the shapes and shadows play really well in this photograph. One of the things I love about photographing like this, is that you really get to play with the DOF as well, and as for that, you have done really well here. Nice and sharp, focus in the right place, well lit and spot on DOF!
