this came from a really weird mix of feelings and DIDNT really come out how i wanted, kinda gave up halfway throughwww.youtube.com/watch?v=tz99t4… came on shuffle on my itunes and it is WITHOUT A DOUBT the weirdest kids song ive ever heard, i love it. i used to listen to it back when my younger brother was teeny, and my whole family would hop around in the living room and dance as we blasted it
SO i wanted to draw a bun that hopped a train lol
& decided to attempt perspective for the first time in like....years....
AND THEN i wanted this to feel like...lonely i guess? because that's been the Mood lately ... so i tried to give it like. a dreamy quality. which only sorta worked
but by that point i was tired of looking at it so , here it is, with all the weird nostalgia and loneliness of being home and ... wanting to be gone i guess

so, it's almost 1am and i'm browsing through deviantart like the dork i am,, and i see an interesting art piece
soo, being the curious human being that i am, i decided to check it out--
it was this picture, i thought it was a good drawing
then i start reading the description, and boy does it change my view on this piece
i've been staring at this for minutes
the fact that you aren't living in those happy moments that you thought of while listening to your old music, makes you want to cry but smile at the same time
nostalgia makes you cry, from both sadness and happiness
