That's the Barmaley fountain. I think it was made as a memorial from the White Army for the children who died in the civil war or something. It was inspired by a popular folktale about a crocodile who became nice and loved children.

i've got a bamboo for x-mas i was worried that being a low cost tablet it wouldn't be that good but if you can produce a work of this quality with it, then i am a very happy man!
