Genius set up and use of space and colors! I love red, i love this huge, white, full of curves space and I love how you placed the red elements in a curve reflecting the arch above! Fantastic work Charlie!

I usually shoot monuments or G. Because they are so nice to me and let me take time to make the shoot, but the downside is that I don't get to create a setup, light and atmosphere as I would like to create a visual call to the viewer. Here I had the chance and jumped on it. A few minutes in a wonderful place, really making me want to try some more with maybe costume, make-up, etc.
Not to mention that =StamatisGR has very efficiently placed in my little curious mind the idea to really try street photography!

Very interesting piece Charlie,kind of abstract,conceptual and expressive all in one.I actually thought it was a fashion shot looking at the thumb in my inbox...I thought perhaps the red cushions were a flowing dress.

Ahh yes I can see that now you've said it,it certainly leads your eye towards the model.
Now that I look at it again it could almost be a question mark given the shape of it,which again adds an extra layer of depth to the meaning of the piece.

For me this photo is about the impact of the red furniture on the white stonework. It's extremely in your face and a fascinating blend of modern and medieval lines. And G's in it which is always a bonus!
