while those eyes hold alot of emotion and hold my interest i have to make note of the shading and the colors for the shading. I love that you don't use black and grey for your shading and instead use grees/blues. In this case even from the thumbnail they just seemed a little too green and with the level of contrast you are aiming for you might want to consider and deeper background.

Thank you , I agree with everything you say , I did stuggle to get what I wanted out of this drawing , I seem to be able to do darker more intense portraits but when it comes to lighter and more subtle shading I struggle .Thank you so much for your comment, I might redo it

rather than redoing it try going over those areas with reddish/orangish tones. that will still give you a good amount of contrast (if not overdone) and help cancel out the excess of green
