More commissions for

This time I was asked to do a nice and quick Base Color of Nightmare Moon squaring off against Sonic(Boom) and Twilight Sparkle.

So here we have NMM getting a tad frustrated with her current situation. Could she be angry over Twilight protecting herself and her teammate with a nifty shield? Could she be upset that Sonic is still making fun of the incredible pun work to be found in her name? (“NightMare” lol, it works on so many levels). Who knows. ^^

This was a cool one to tackle. Never done NMM before, so I can scratch that one off the character list, even if this one was only a base color… I’d love to see what I can do with a more complex vision of the character, but that’s a story for another time. Also I got another excuse to tackle Boom Sonic, so that’s an added bonus that I’ll tack onto the win column. Love drawin that Hedgehog yo.

I did have to hold back on the Special FX’s to compensate for the base color, but I think the image gets its point across well enough.
