I used markers with photoshop for effects.

John Cassaday, worked on Astonishing X-Men, he uses a similar style of shading now and again. Also reminds me of Alex Ross (believe, those are good artists to look like!)

Anyway, great work! I don't mean to make so many comparisons to toher artists, I know that annoys some people, myself included, as they don't want their style to mimic another's.

Oh I didn't mean your style on the whole is like their's, I just meant that particular use of shading in this picture reminds me of how they do it sometimes.
