Vision: this piece was very visually pleasing e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)" /> There were only a few things really bothering me. The first was the eyes. I thought that they were too small and beady lol. The second was the trees in the background. I mean they weren’t bad, they just didn’t seem as high quality as the rest of the picture e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)" /> I adored your shading, and anatomy. The poses you chose to draw the horses in were difficult poses to do, and you pulled it off well!

Originality: I’m sure horses running in the snow isn’t really that new of a concept lol. I do like the poses though, especially that of the one on the far left. It’s a very original pose ^_^

Technique: I love how you chose to do this lineless <3 It is a great technique, as well as a hard one! I also like the technique in which you drew their manes, It looks like you did each strand by itself C:

Impact: As far as impact goes, I think you were going for joy right? Like, the horses were supposed to look happy and free. If that was the case, I think it wasn’t portrayed as much as you could have been. A lot of emotion is shown through the eyes of someone/something, and you couldn’t really see any feelings in these horses eyes, which overall lessened the impact. Does that make sense? When I read that back to myself it sounds weird xD

Overall: A very nice piece <3 the whole scene is gorgeous, it’s a wonderful showcase of your talent e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)" /> If I received this as a secret santa, I’d probably die of excitement xD

I cant write a critique thing so yeh... Ill just have to write it here I guess =/
This is really good though ¨they look cute ^^
hmm... okay Ill start with the horses themself, the look good btw ^^ But Id say the light brown horse (mkway, maybe that isnt lightbrown but its lighter compared to the other lol ) Id say his/hers eye is a bit to small, maybe try to make it bigger next time? and also about the coloring- its good aswell but also on the light brown horse theres a part of like half the neck-a bit of the belly that Id say looks a bit flat compared to the rest of the horse, so maybe shade it more? x) thats my opinious anyway ^^
hmm... about the background- well, firstly the snow
I like that you made it darker under the horses, star for that! but what do you say.. like the "border" of the snow.. like where it "ends" (ugh I hate my english) maybe make it a bit clearer- it doesnt have to be just an exact line where it ends, but maybe not this blurry ^^
and the trees- I see you highlighted them too, great! but maybe smudge it out more and make the "highlights lines" a bit smaller and more instaed of fewer and thicker. and yeh, smudge it out a bit more and about the trees, its good that you made them smaller the further away they get! but a little advice is when its snowing trees and mountains and such can get a bit blurry the further away they get, so maybe blur the edges a bit of the trees that are further back and the mountains
but overall I think its a lovely drawing, and you really have improved since last ESS!
I hope you think its fair, and im very sorry for my english and remember some of this is only my opinoun- not saying it has to be like I want
but cool work hon- keep it up!
