Description Guess what time of year it is!!

You're right! The beginning!! Happy New Year everyone! I hope 2010 wasn't too dreadful

Okay, so every year I draw a picture for *Equinus , *sweetbay and myself for our birthdays! (Equinus is on the 2nd ((today!)), Mine is on the 4th, and Sweetbay's is on the 5th!) But I really wasn't going to even do a picture this year since I've been behind on artwork and I really owe *Celleno and ~NobiRobi artwork, but after thinking about it... I had to! It's my own little tradition So, I sat down at around 7 and here I am... 12:36 in the morning and just finishing up.

And really, this was like a speedpaint Don't even LOOK at the anatomy. I seriously sketched it so fast that a two year old could have done better, but I'm pleased with it for a nice, quick, Happy Birthday!!

We have Rowan, Sloane, and Trav all huddled around in a circle (it looks like their gossiping about something!!) "Aerynne did what!?"

So, Happy Birthday guys! May you have wonderful days!!

This is adorable and of course you had to stick to tradition. Really BrokenHoofbeats, take your time and there's no hurry. I'm quite fine waiting. I really like the different poses and for a speedpaint this turned out very well. Happy Birthday everyone!

wow sarah this loks amazing and i love how every time year you draw the birthday picture we can see how much you improve this one it just amazing on the angles you chose are difficult and you pulled them off beautifully!!!!! great job my friend!

Aww, thanks, Meg!! I'm really glad you like them! The improvement is another reason why I really wanted to do this again this year, I would have felt robbed if I missed it Although, I feel like I was just drawing last year's yesterday! NO JOKE! I remember the things that I thought as I was doing it and ugh! Where did the year go? I can't believe it!!

oh my gahhhh i love it! i'm so so glad someone remembered, never in my wildest dreams did i expect to get giftart, let alone such beautiful giftart!
and what in the world do you mean the anatomy is bad? sloane is at such a hard angle and you executed it perfectly
i love love love it, especially their soft-looking manes. i shall have to sketch something for our birthdays!

Everyone always says that about the hair but I hate it so much!!! Especially in this piece!! But I HAD thought about making a tutorial on it, so maybe on one of my upcoming pieces I will make a tutorial for the hair
