I don't agree with NorthPole76 - I think the surrounding look much more friendly than the surrounding people in rich countries have. I'd swap an awful lot of modern "comforts" for a human-scale, human-friendly environment like that. But of course, not all of them - is he warm enough in winter, and does he get enough to eat? If so, his surroundings are very friendly.

lovely shot - that old house reminds me of one that i amd my friends used to play in my grandma 's village - we always thought there are ghosts there and were very scared - awwwwwwwwww memories

there's something quite charming about this - like an old photograph that resurfaces from your our childhood - honest and reminder of happy times. it's also nice that the act of taking the photograph brought out a smile in the young kid
