Bio: Plasticod are actually born like this. Due to their habitat being located in slightly polluted waters, they are born with the plastic rings around their necks. When one of the Plasticod become freed from the ring they evolve into a Rubbishark.
Evolves into Rubbishark when traded.
Name is derived from the words "Plastic" and "Cod".
