'Tis the season when monsters celebrate! "Allhallowtide" is an old word that basically means the last days of October, up to November. Or rather: All Hallow's Eve, All Saint's Day, All Soul's Day.My final illustration for the 2016 Allhallowtide series, is based on my Halloween costume this year! I was attempting to create a sort of insane Masque of the Red Death type of character, but I call him The Glowing Red Death because on my real-life costume, the face and hair of the mask, and the red hand-bones, are all done up in black-light effective paint - so they glow in a dark area with a black light! As you can imagine I've got several blacklights set up all over my house where I'll be handing out candy to the trick or treaters. That oughtta scare 'em!

This is really cool! Man, I'd love to have visited your place on Halloween, awesome costume! This pic reminds me of the scene in George C. Scott's version of "A Christmas Carol", where the ghost of Christmas present opens his robe, and the two scary child apparitions are hiding under it. Great work!

I love the central figure! The face and glowing hair is awesome. I also love that you made it's body semi transparent inside the cloak like it's fading out of the wall.
