So here's the subject of my most recent poll, now officially "Terawatt." Short story is that she is supposed to be something of a minor villain for Thunder Woman, conceived as part of an opening battle scene for a future comic, and to use as an interesting visual for any villain group shots. I can also imagine including her in any teamups of lower-level TW villains or other villain groups in general. Sometimes, you just need somebody for your hero to punch. No elaborate plot, no big running battle, just somebody to be a warm body and "exist," and that's the role she fills.

As such, there's no name or backstory for her; she's just a random supervillain Thunder Woman fights and defeats before a main story gets going. Her powers are basically the same as Electro's, enough to give TW pause, but that's about it.

Granted, in future appearances beyond that first one I may develop her, but for now such information is unnecessary. She is what she is.
