I drew this because I myself am experiencing a minor panic attack at the moment and was trying to calm down. This is Kemuri panicking on his way to watch Cinders at the Pokemon Cup. (He is scared of the heights and the water, but the thing scaring him most is the crowd.)This was just done quickly in Paint. Kemuri is meant to be be a darker, less green blue than average Quilavas, however, so that was not a mistake.
