Paramounts been ambiguous about the new Trek movie. Is it Kirk and Spock right out the academy? Is it a reimagination of the first mission of the Enterprise? Is it a story that stretches over a long period of time even incorporating an old Kirk and Spock? Who knows. Matt Damon's name has been floating around as a younger Kirk. This is my concept of Damon recently promoted to captain. I tried to update the uniform while still keeping the basic look from the show.photoshop over pencils

Of course If Damon was cast as Kirk it would have made Interstellar unintentionally funny as heck, what with Captain Kirk being the hyped up guy who goes nuts in space.

I don't know... I just don't like Matt Damon. I don't deny that he made some good movies but.... X_X
I REALLY wouldn't buy him as Kirk o.o

I am apart of the Trek BBS boards and absolutely everyone on there (including myself, of course!) loves the pic you did of Damon as Kirk; it is exactly what we all have in mind for what Kirk should look like in XI! Which actors are you gonna use for Bones, Spock and Uhura?
