Description I enjoyed doing a few Trek costume designs earlier, when the movie was first announced. I decided I'd do a group shot after everyone was cast, so here goes...

Great job! You captured the characters well, as well as the uniforms too (at least an alternate uniform version). I hope you keep going with other Star Trek crews. Perhaps you could draw the Next Generation crew in an alternate design? (like this: [link]

Nicely done.

I'm still very skeptical about the new Trek film, and the casting really disturbs me. But we'll see.
I think Star Trek deserves a long retirement, but again, we'll see.

I'm extremely picky.

Interesting costume designs here.
I find it amusing that you've addressed how dated the original uniforms would have been, but the dated hairstyles remain essentially unaltered.

Meh...side parts don't really go out of style. I would just reduce Chekov's puffiness lol.

Well, there was a time in the 80s when the side part didn't fit in among all the spikes, crewcuts, fades, and jeri-curls. LOL!

And in the Star Wars 70s, dudes were rockin' the middle lane through the shaggy waves.

But NObody freaks those Frankenstein bangs quite like the Spockster.
