Yep, they kinda missed the entire point of Euron... just because he acts stupid in front of the Ironborn, doesn;t mean he IS stupid all the time. At least he isn't meant to... or something.
Okay, he does act like kind of a classic fantasy villain.... but Cthulu, maybe, so it's okay.
Plus, they took off the eyepatch. You don;t mess with the eyepatch.
