i draw these two a lot lately, don't i?i enjoy them way too much...
to a point of being unhealthy.

keep in mind he died in his 30s he was played but a guy a bit older but with good reason & she wasn't exactly a kid she got out of hogwarts prolly a year or so before harry went in

i know, but he looks late twenties here i reckon. and if he was almost forty when he died and harry always said he looked older than he was, he'd probs look in his mid forties. i agree that thewlis was a little too old though. not so much in the third film (everything was so right in the third film, i wish they'd kept that director) but by OOTP he looked well above fifty. thats too old for remus.

yeah i know, as much as i love oldman, rickman and thewlis they were all too old. especially rickman. timothy spall looked too old as well, come to think of it. and lily and james (cant remember the actors), although i really liked lily all the way through the films, i think shes so gentle and beautiful. anyway, the age thing still wasnt nearly as much of a stuff-up as lily's brown eyes in the princes tale.

true cause they say harry had her eyes & they casted a blue eyed boy i mean the weasley twins had to dye their hair for the whole series

no that part was understandable, dans allergic to contacts. they did try to give him green eyes but his eyes swelled up and everything apparently. the important thing was always that harry had the same colour eyes as lily, and the older lily had blue eyes like dan so thats fine. but then they went and cast young lily and basically pissed all over snapes entire storyline. she had a close-up, ffs!! i find it insulting that they obviously didnt care enough to find a blue-eyed child. its not that hard to find a blue-eyed redhead. its not like she needed to be a top actress or anything. *mutters angrily for another few hours...*

haha same... the hair? do you mean dans hair being brown? coz to be fair, black hair (or very very dark brown, anyway) is quite rare on caucasian people. rowling wrote a few more white characters with black hair than is strictly realistic :L or are you talking about emmas blonde hair? that actually did bug me quite a bit.

I'm stalking old Remus and Tonks fanart, but I just had to comment. Have you SEEN the guy that's going to play Teddy in Deathly Hallows? Your Remus right here looks, well, like he could be his dad, hahaha. Seriously. Wow.
On a more general note - I am adoring your artwork. I love your style and I love your depictions of the characters. Your Harry is point blank the Harry I see in my head.

i know this is supposed to be lupin and trust me both of them are really really good as who they are supposed to be but frankly iv always imagined seth to look like that...though obviously + the piercings & black hair

Great job, you captured exactly how I imagine the characters. Your art work is so good, but I feel like I want you to go darker with your lines, and deeper with your colors. It would make the drawing stand out much more.

Remus is so totally...REMUS. Like i imagined him. its hard to get the balance between young and tired. he often ends up looking old. but this is awesome.
