ok dumb headcanon time:I think human Wheatley would have reading glasses and can’t read shit without them, but he never wears them. They’re big horn-rimmed glasses (like the kind you get from the NHS for free) and whenever he wears them the other cores make fun of him and say he looks stupid, so he tries to avoid them at all cost because he’s tired of being called stupid. He also has a bit of a complex about them and thinks cores shouldn’t need glasses, so he pretends to be able to read without them.

yup I know they're in fashion haha, I'm from the UK too : ) I think they're fashionable in the US as hipster glasses as well. I figured because they're in Aperture the cores wouldn't know :'D plus it gives me an excuse to draw Wheaters looking like a hipster
