Description Did this a few days ago, just waited till Rosie's ref was accepted ^^ Story is meh, but I wanted to get started with just a little something.

Rosalie
Late Spring, Year 757 of the New Age
Blackwood
Afternoon, cloudy and dark

A few small song birds chirped high above in the pines. Rosie and her new fawn, Gilraen lay in their not so little den as the clouds high above cast a darker shadow among the forest.

A few stomach pains clenched and attacked Rosie, to which she merely groaned at. Glancing at Gilraen, who was peacefully taking a nap after their walk they had taken, Rosie quietly stood and walked out of the den, wincing at the protests her belly gave.

Aspen climbed down from her post at the top of the den, and jumped on Rosie, a small chitter berating Rosie for leaving her baby.

“It’s all right Aspen, I’m not going far.” She whispered, hoping not to wake her sleeping fawn. She wouldn’t go far, but her stomach was killing her. Sniffing around, she tried to remember which plants would help her.

No, no, no, that won’t help. She circled around the den, making each circuit a little bigger, but always keeping the den the center point and never losing sight of it.

Coming upon a bush that smelled sweet as could be but was sickly and dying slowly, she knew it was one that could help her. Ah, yes, juniper should help. Taking a deep breath, she let it out, her earth magic flowing from her like a river unto the small sapling bush, cleansing it of its illness. It grew, fed by the magic, new leaves sprouting and branches becoming thicker and more numerous, a few berries popping up at the ends.

Sighing with a smile, she took a few branches with leaves, broke them off, and went back to the den.

*****
As she ate the last of the leaves, her stomach finally began to calm down. Sighing with relief, she laid her down and watched her napping child. I shall have to collect some more, after Gilraen wakes up. Smiling, she looked up at the walls of the tree den, wondering if she could store plants there.

Very cool colour scheme, it really captures a dry yet murky forest.
