Description
The Legend of Spyro has been on my mind a lot lately, and ironically it turns out to be the 25th Anniversary of the Spyro Series. I didn't know that when I decided to these drawings but it works out perfectly! I don't know if I am going to write this story as a fanfiction yet or anything but it has been fun to work on in my head and possibly giving me ideas for my own Dragon story.

During the War against Malefor and the Dark Army, the Guardians fought for the safety of all Dragons. At the start of the war there were actually 6 Guardians representing the Dragon elements: Fire, Wind, Electric, Ice, Water, and Earth...The Guardians of Wind and Water fell early in the war, leaving only Ignitus, Terrador, Volteer, and Cyril. During this time while some Dragons left their eggs in the temple to be cared for and protected by the Guardians, many other Dragons fled to remote and hidden locations all across the world and established new Haven Cities to ride out this storm and survive, and with these Safe Havens there were eggs that survived the Dark Army's raid on the Temple. Now with the war over Dragons are returning to the capital city of Warfang, and just in time. The Remaining Guardians have had their days as heroes and are getting on in years, there needs to be a new generation of heroes and many young dragons have stepped up to the role.

Viridian is one of the candidates for becoming the new Earth Guardian. At first nobody took him seriously as a potential Earth Guardian, unlike most Earth Dragons who are often more broad and muscular than other dragons, Viridian is small and scrawny, even looking a little skeletal, but during practice he has shown that he is one of the most competent Earth Guardian Candidates they could get.
Viridian learned how to connect with Earth differently than other Earth Dragons by studying from the Atlawa tribe and connects with the Earth spiritually and using his intellect. To Viridian the Earth is not just Rocks and Brute Force but learning to know and understand Nature and make full use of it; There are so many different kind of Rocks, Soil, Plants, Fungi, etc...everything under the umbrella term of "Earth" making it the most diverse element, and they all have different properties that can be used in different ways like the environment itself becomes his utility belt for all manner of different circumstances.

Viridian is Slow, Methodical and Patient, he spends a lot of time studying his interests: Geology, Botany, and Zoology, he likes gardening and spending time with animals, but he has trouble interacting with other dragons his age. He tends to be quiet and reserved only really speaking up if the topic is related to something that he is knowledgeable in, start him talking about things he is interested in and he could go on about it for hours.

Stats
-Elemental Energy: 4/10 He does not have a lot of Stamina to keep fighting for a long period of time so he tries to be strategic and end a fight quick or use his environment to hide and regain energy over the course of a long battle and setting up traps
-Elemental Control: 8/10 His understanding of his power is close to Mastery
-Intelligence: 8/10 He is very intelligent but his field of knowledge is in specific topics
-Combat Ability: 3/10 He is physically weak so he tries not to engage with opponents directly if he can help it
-Potential to Grow: He need to work on his physical strength and stamina at least to be on an average level. Even the best laid plans fall apart no matter how prepared you are and you need something reliable to fall back on.
