Description Species: Canis lupus familiaris
Length: 17,5cm
Width: 11cm

Info: We recently got this dog skull. From that many suggestions we think that this being the skull of a crossbreed is much likely. But we will never be able to tell for sure, sadly. The final set of teeth is still growing. The skull material is massive and thick - as you can see in the last picture. The whole skull is solid and heavy for a skull of that size.

It can be traded, yes. But unfortunately I am not a feather collector and eventhough they are beautiful they are also kind of worthless for me
Beside that I need papers to own those feathers.

Different question:
Is one feather of this species worth 30€?
Feather prices are always a miracle for me and it is really hard for me to get the difference in price between species.

You should probably ask other feather collectors They can appreciate the feathers as much as they deserve.

I only trade against curiosities, skulls or pelts.

American Staffie or English Staffy Cross?

I have a (british) staffy skull, they look similar, but width of the jaws on yours seems slimmer? I mean it could be female as they have smaller, slimmer faces?

I am feeling comfortable with calling it a crossbreed, yes.
It is too slim to be one of those really, really massive dogs I guess.
But the bone material is thick and the teeth would have been huge if it would have come of age.

I get a young american bulldog type vibe from it.
Taht or indeed a staffie skull, american as Jewel-Wing said, definitely not european.

I researched a bit and I am feeling most comfortable with calling it a crossbreed of some fighting dogs.
It is a pity that we never will know for sure what it kind of breed it was.

A 'pit bull' is a sort of blanket term used to describe a couple of different breeds of fighting dogs as I understand it, or a mix of them.
Where I am the most common pit bull is the staffordshire bull terrier as many of the pit bull breeds are American, maybe it is this? Or a mix of it?

I have absolutely no idea since I am not familiar with fighting dogs or any dog breed in that direction.

I think we can call it a mix/crossbreed, yes.
