In fact, I love her as much as the next person, but I'm glad Marius ended up with Cosette, because the two of them were so in love and it would be horrible if they didn't. I relate to Eponine sometimes, but I also relate to Cosette sometimes, so I can hardly call myself a hardcore Eponine fangirl.
I mostly relate to both of them in the way that I want to do Marius.

In the theatre company I'm on, the director had'nt seen Les miserables in his whole life, but he wanted to make it...and, we did make it...
But the consecuence was that, in the part of "In my life" where Marius is talking abut Cosette, he looked so GAY 'cause he did'nt know what to do so he used that silly little Disney princess pose!!

Now THIS is what Marius is supposed to look like - he so often portrayed as the ultimate knight in shining armour that it's nice to see him for the lovesick sap that he really is.

LOL i love the expressions, Marius is the perfect love-struck dolt (not a Marius fan, sorry) and Eponine has a real "you're cute but you're SUCH an idiot" look... personally i used to think she was whiney and wished she'd just GET OVER HIM! Y'know, in the six years and two times I've seen the play, I've never really formed a good, solid opinion on Eponine. Maybe because I was pretty flippin' young the first time I saw it and by the second time, when I was old enough to understand the play, Eps was being played by a really, really crappy understudy.
Great expressions though. Over-the-top is key. XD

That's great. Granted, I love Eponine. It looks like she's thinking "what did I ever see in you" as Marius drowns on and on about Cosette. Marius' expression is just too perfect. I can just imagine him humming "heartful of love" at the same time.

Although I'd have to dissagree about the him ending up with cosette a good thing, after reading the book and how concited cosette was I must say I hate that they ended up together. that and I relate A LOT more to Eponine *unfortunantly*
