Oh my gosh.... AMAZING. I had two reactions when I first saw this - the first one was YAY Valjean! Oh wow! And the second one was - but he looks distraught! Oh no! And the third one (that one was the synthesis) was But distraught-Valjean sings What Have I Done? And that is amazing! And this drawing is absolutely incredible. So wow... you're an amazing artist.

Strangely enough, i've never imagined val jean with anything other than dark hair 0_o the brown does suit him though...

I used to substitute my Chester for him in the early days, so his rusty-colored hair stuck with even the new design.

I really, really love his hands. I love the emotion in his expression, too. And his HAIR, I want to ruffle it and tell him it will all be okay, poor guy.
