sei was raised in a very traditional japanese family, far out in the countryside. he was educated almost entirely at home, where his grandfather taught him all about traditional arts; as such, sei was raised as an archer, complete with private tutors, hours-a-day practice, and bi-weekly tournaments. besides that, his childhood was fairly lonely, as homeschool kids' tend to be. his best friend was his pet rabbit, whom he loved very much!!
even with his best friend, though, things got boring and sad pr fast, and when his invitation came he leaped on it. his family was pr chill w it too bc wow prestigious high school brings face to the family!! so off he goes.
personality.
laid back and with a lazy smile on his face, sei is best describe as 'pretty chill'. for the most part, he's only serious in extremely dire situations and when he's shooting. he's known to jokingly flirt with nearly everyone, although sometimes he this gets him into some trouble. if he offends someone with his forward-ness, he tries to make it clear he was jk ok but he's been slapped a few times, ngl. his favorite activities (besides archer) include eating, sleeping, and partying it uP. he's into those stupid frat parties. get drunk party hard.

when he sets his mind on a goal, he gets extremely tunnel visioned, and will achieve his goal by any means necessary, even if they are destructive to himself and others. luckily he doesn't have many long term goals besides "kick ass at archery" so he doesn't go manic too often.

he also has a fascination with deer. (not just because he hunts and eats them but he actually just likes deer.) also with other small and harmless animals yes. esp rabbits.
