Description
This is a little 3-tier wedding cake I made for a friend's Zooological themed wedding. She wanted a cake to match her bouquet of native Australian flowers which featured really large pale pink King proteas. I'd always wanted to try Aussie native sugar flowers so it was a great excuse to try it.Related content

Aussie here- it was really nice to see our native flowers used in cake decoration, and I think you've done a fantastic job of recreating the proteas, which tend to be so bulky that it's difficult to use them in delicate settings - but you've done so!
