It's an acrylic paint for decorations on glass. I used the French brand "cern' couleurs vitral"

I suggest to use a waterproofing spray, like I did, on the entire boot. I literally walked in the water with these boots and it barely peal off, just part of the frontal decoration.

thanks! I used an oil-based cream for clown make-up, it has a wonderful render and keep the skin dry ♥
