Personality:

+ Patient, Sociable, Optimistic
= Confident, Meticulous, Easily bored
- Stubborn, Tempermental, Rough

......

+ Living a nomadic life, a lot of his time was spent sitting and waiting for things to happen. Waiting for night to fall, waiting for day to break, waiting hours for the perfect time to harvest herbs or other botanicals. His patience knows no bounds! Another aspect of living a life of travelling is that you have to be a good communicator. They made money by selling handmade goods on the side of the road, and that in turn has made Tobdhen an excellent people person! At least upfront. He's smiley, cheery, and likes to look on the brightside.

= His confidence in himself can come off as arrogant and hot headed, which is not an unfair assumption to make. He's not one to shy away from boasting about his accomplishments, and possibly fabricating a few to seem more impressive. Often he doesn't know his own limits, taking on more than he can chew. He is meticulous, focusing on the little details of things to the point it is obsessive. He likes things to be a certain way and will overwork himself to get it there. Things do not tend to hold his interest for very long, and quickly he moves on to something else.

- If there's anyone's opinion he values most, it is his own. Once his mind is made up, it is difficult to get him to change. He WILL fight on it. Unfortunately, his pride gets the better of him in these situations too and he is unwilling to admit defeat. Tobdhen has a bit of a temper. It is easy to get him worked up and irritated. Gentle is not in Tobdhen's nature. He tells things how it is without , what he'd call, "fluff", and handles things with little tact.

History:

"I sorta live with a bunch of hippies in the mountains. Putting it like that doesn't really show the full view of my life, but I won't get into all the spiritual mumbo jumbo for you. We sang around a campfire, we lived in the woods more than we did in the city... We don't stick to one place, it gets boring that way. We kinda just traveled around, doing whatever. . Holistic medicine and all that. Got an ache for this? slap this weird little salve on and you'll magically be fine. Good at mapping out the land, bad at navigating it. REALLY bad at navigating. Well... I  wasn't bad at navigating, but I was not the one pulling us every which way. I got pretty good at climbing... yknow... as one would need to be for living on a mountain. Anyways, when you see the same things it gets easy to pick up on what's what. Not to brag, but I think I've got a pretty keen eye for detail! I'm a jack of all trades."

He trails off, not realizing he's rambling about things other than the question at hand. His ears snap forward and he sits up, turning his attention back to the interviewer.

"All of this is to say that I'm pretty good at picking things out. Animals, plants, you name it. I actually had this little journal," He pulls out a handmade, beaten up pocket journal, "with most of the things we saw and wanted to keep track of. I cannot do you well on the formal stuff unless it's given to me, like actual sciency names for things. I can just sit and watch things for hours. Being connected with nature in such a way makes time fly by like a breeze!"

"Uhm... oh that kinda just makes me sound lazy. It is sitting and watching with a purpose, I assure you! The uh... notes in that lil journal are more detailed than what I can tell you verbally. I think my favourite things in the mountains to watch... were these little lizards towards the bottom, in the valley areas. You would not think lizards on rocks would be so brightly coloured."

Reason for Boarding: He sits with his chin in his hands, pondering the question for a moment. He lives a cozy life with his little herd, why would he leave?
"Seeing the same mountain over and over and over again, being told it is something new, gets boring. Hopefully we won't be going in circles here : ). Desperate need for a scenery change, you know? I'm tired of being in the same old routine. ..."
The Takin's heel digs into the ground as he thinks,
"Honestly? It's a little tiring living with my family. I love them dearly, but they are getting to be too much.... And I guess I'd like to see the sea up close."
